Following the successful delivery of more than 6,000 homes across 18 projects over the past four years, Nef, one of Türkiye’s leading real estate developers, has officially begun delivering homes at Nef Sancaktepe as of February. Having completed the delivery of more than 2,000 residences in 2019 alone, the company is now proceeding with the handover of 436 homes across six residential blocks at Nef Sancaktepe. Homeowners will receive both their residences and title deeds as part of the delivery process, which is expected to be completed within a short period.
After delivering more than 6,000 homes across 18 projects over the past four years, Nef, one of Türkiye’s leading real estate developers, has officially commenced deliveries at Nef Sancaktepe as of February 2020.
Following the successful completion of deliveries at Nef 22 Ataköy, Nef 39 Seyrantepe, and Nef 25 Şişli earlier in 2019, and the handover of the 2,000th residence at the jointly developed İnistanbul Topkapı project later that year, Nef continues its delivery schedule into 2020.
The Nef Sancaktepe development comprises 436 residences across six residential blocks. Deliveries are expected to be completed within three months, with homeowners receiving both their residences and title deeds. All units within the project have already been sold.
Located just 2.4 kilometres from Sancaktepe City Hospital, the project also benefits from close proximity to leading universities including Özyeğin University, Maltepe University, and Yeditepe University. Surrounded by four of İstanbul’s largest forests, Nef Sancaktepe offers a nature-oriented lifestyle while maintaining convenient access to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, the TEM Motorway, the E-5 highway, and the Ataşehir Finance Center.
Foldcity Connects Every Nef Community

More Deliveries Planned for 2020
Commenting on the company’s delivery schedule, Selçuk Çelik, Member of the Executive Board at Nef, said:
