(hereinafter referred to as “Timur Real Estate”), acting in its capacity as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), has provided you with the “Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes.” Within the scope of the purposes and details set out in that notice, please indicate whether you expressly consent to the following:

• The processing of your identity, contact, and marketing information by Timur Real Estate for the purposes of conducting marketing activities, managing product and service marketing processes, and carrying out marketing analysis.
• The storage and processing of your personal data on Timur Real Estate’s servers located in Türkiye or in other electronic environments, subject to appropriate security measures, for the retention periods determined in line with the above purposes.
• The transfer of your personal data to Timur Real Estate’s affiliates and NEF Group companies, including:

• Monitoring and conducting legal affairs;
• Delivering after-sales support services;
• Managing requests, enquiries, and complaints; and
• Conducting customer surveys.
