On October 4, we held the handover ceremony for the Kaz Mountains Çan Project at an event hosted at Nef Bebeköy.
With a portfolio of 18 projects, 24.7 million square meters of land, and 14,460 unique customers, Nef Land celebrated the delivery of the Kaz Mountains Çan Project during the event.
A total of 139 land shares were sold in the Kaz Mountains Çan Project, with 112 landowners joining the development. More than 10 homeowners have already completed their homes and moved in, while the remaining owners are expected to relocate in the coming weeks.
The project offers a wide range of amenities designed to enrich everyday life, including fully equipped office and co-working spaces, a yoga area, barbecue areas, a restaurant, guest houses, ceramics and olive oil workshops, a basketball court, children’s playgrounds, an open-air cinema, natural farming areas, a large communal fire pit, guest rooms, a treehouse, and a climbing wall.
Speaking at the event, our Director of Customer Relations, Gökçe Aksoylar, said:
